Director of Clinical Services
Candidate will provide planning, direction, management and supervision for all nursing services. Current NYS RN license with hospice management experience required. BNS, with hospice or palliative care Experience and three years management experience preferred. Position reports to Executive Director. Salary and benefits competitive!

Nurse Practitioner
Works with Medical Director in provision of care to patients. Responsible for visits, assessments and will assist in the medical oversight of hospice patients. Will participate in program development and service expansion. Masters degree with 3 years experience in pain and symptom management. Medicare Part B provider preferred. NYS Driver’s License and own transportation needed.
