Hospice Services and Support Provided Our hospice team works with your primary care doctor to help develop an individualized program of care to manage pain and increase comfort. We provide a team of experts, including a medical director, nurses, social workers, counselors, volunteers, and home health aides, trained in end-of-life. A nurse is available by telephone 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We also offer alternative therapies which complement our services. Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurance plans cover the cost of hospice care. Hospice & Palliative Care of Westchester offers complete service, resources and support including:
