HPCW is pleased to present our Annual Candlelight Remembrance, Tuesday, November 13, 2007. This is when we gather together in a time of remembrance of those who have died this past year and previous years. We share poignant thoughts through readings, music and candle lighting. \This event has always included family members and friends of those who have been on our program, and many of our hospice staff. This year we are opening this special event to the public. If you are interested in joining us to pay tribute to a loved one, please contact us for more information.

This year our annual Tree of Life is going to be held on Monday, December 3, 2007 from 5:00 to 6:30 PM at the Hilton Rye Town. The presenters of the Tree of Life this year are:
John and Katharine Conroy, Efficiency Printing, Hilton Rye Town, Peckham Industries, Inc. Ross Mailing Services, Inc and Verizon Foundation.

You are invited to purchase a star in honor or in memory of a loved one. With a $15.00 donation a gold star will be placed on our Tree of Life. With a donation of $50.00 in addition to placing a gold star on the tree you will receive a commemorative porcelain ornament.
